FORM is our small-group strength training workshop for women who want to move with confidence, precision, and control.
Limited to just eight participants, this 90-minute session focuses on the foundations that most women never get taught properly: lifting technique, joint positioning, mobility, and biomechanics.
Led by an expert UVSL coach, FORM provides personalised feedback, hands-on coaching, and the space to slow down and truly understand how your body moves.
This is where strength becomes intentional. And confidence is built through clarity, not guesswork.

RESET is a 90-minute sanctuary experience designed to help you soften, recalibrate, and return to yourself.
Hosted in the UVSL Sanctuary by candlelight, RESET combines gentle stretch, myofascial bodywork, guided breathwork, nervous system regulation, and reflective journaling.
This is not a class.
It is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and restore what constant output quietly drains.RESET is for the woman who understands that recovery is not a reward. It is a requirement.

They are carefully designed environments where strength, reflection, movement, recovery, and connection are woven together — so what you experience there actually integrates when you return.
